Insurance & Billing
I am currently an in-network provider for:

If you have out-of-network benefits, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.
Out-of-Network Options
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I also offer support through a billing service when needed.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider
To understand your coverage, you may want to ask:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- Do I need prior authorization or a referral from my primary care physician?

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $250
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
