I specialize in ADHD and executive functioning challenges across the lifespan, working with children, teens, and adults, as well as anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, relationship difficulties, and parenting stress. My subspecialties include Adults with ADHD, Couples Therapy, and Parent Coaching for families raising children and teens with ADHD or neurodivergent traits.
My therapeutic approach blends relational and psychodynamic depth with evidence-based behavioral strategies, allowing clients to gain powerful insight while learning practical tools they can apply immediately. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
As a couples therapy specialist, I bring advanced expertise in helping partners navigate communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, and recurring conflict—particularly when ADHD, overwhelm, or executive functioning challenges are impacting the relationship. My work supports couples in strengthening trust, improving emotional regulation, and rebuilding connection in more effective and supportive ways.
My deep understanding of developmental, behavioral, and relational patterns, shaped by decades of clinical experience, informs my work with children, teens, adults, and families at every stage of growth. As a mother of two adult children, I also bring a grounded, compassionate perspective to parent coaching, combining clinical expertise with real-world understanding.
In addition to my private practice, I have served as a Clinical Director in nonprofit settings, taught graduate-level courses, supervised clinical interns, and facilitated workshops and seminars throughout California. My multicultural background and extensive experience with diverse populations support culturally responsive, individualized care.
I earned both my B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and I collaborate closely with local clinicians, educators, and school systems—including LAUSD, LVUSD, and private schools throughout Los Angeles County—to support families navigating academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
